CONSIGNOR TERMS:

-Consignments must be brought to The Bullet Hole to be checked in and cataloged.

-For the best advertising exposure of your guns consign now. Descriptions and photos of consignments will be added to the advertising as they are checked in.

-Advertising will include but not be limited to thebh.com, nebraskagunsales.com, neguns.com, auctionbill.com, glennmartindale.com, emails and newspapers.

-Commission rate is 20% of sale price.

-Payout to consignors will be 2 weeks after auction.

Consignments may or may not be accepted at discretion of The Bullet Hole.

BUYER’S REQUIRED TERMS: Buyers must fill out Form 4473, have a valid/current Nebraska Drivers License, Nebraska Permit to Purchase and/or pass the FBI NICS background check. All State and Federal laws apply.

PAYMENT TERMS:  Payment of cash, personal check, or Visa and MasterCard with a 3% fee charged on credit card purchases. There bill be a $10 processing fee per firearm.
